Our firm filed a lawsuit on behalf of 19 families in who allege their children were mistreated at a local in-home daycare.

The allegations include yelling, isolation in a dark room, being left restrained for extended periods, and kids coming home with fear, anxiety, and behavioral regression.

If you are a parent, you do not need legal analysis to understand that.

We took this case pro bono.

No fee. No retainer. No upside.

Because not every case is about revenue.

Some are about responsibility.

AZFamily covered the story this week if you want the details:

Most of what we do involves crashes and insurance companies.

This one is different.

When families in your community feel powerless, we step in.

When kids cannot speak for themselves, we make sure someone does.

Accountability matters.

Especially when it involves children.

Community first.

Always.
